Skills and Background
Edward began his adventure into residential real estate in the mid-1990’s by purchasing a fixer home in his birthplace city of Los Angeles, renovating it, and later reselling it for a profit. Edward’s technical expertise as a former NASA Software Engineer and business experience as an entrepreneur and real estate investor has enabled him to become a leader in innovation and business negotiations.
In 2015, his passion for real estate led him relocate to Las Vegas, Nevada where he now manages two real estate holding firms with residential rental properties in the Greater Las Vegas Area.
Edward also holds the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), and he is capable of giving competent advice regarding real estate matters that are important to people age 50+.
